Delivery Information

FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all grass orders over £350, and for smaller orders, delivery is £40.

One of our dedicated couriers will be happy to deliver your fake grass to your property. Please note that our couriers usually offer kerbside delivery, so ensure that you are able to move your artificial grass to your desired area. If you would like help moving your grass we offer a 2 man delivery service at an extra charge, please contact us for more information.

Estimated delivery times for standard delivery:
We aim to deliver all grass within 7-10 working days.

During busy periods lead times can be slightly longer, and take up to 14 working days, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

If you would like to get an idea of our current lead times before you place an order, please feel free to give us a call. If you have any specific delivery needs, we will do our best to accommodate!

NON MAINLAND UK

Should you reside outside of a UK mainland address, then delivery charges are unfortunately not a set rate. Please call us for this option and we will give you a cost over the phone.

Did you know we have an IRE website for those in Ireland and Northern Ireland regions? Delivery will be much cheaper for you using this site!

ACCESSORIES ONLY

If you purchase accessories on their own (without any grass products) the delivery cost via courier is varied depending on the size of the accessories.

Large accessories are charged at £14.99 per order.

Small accessories such as pins are free, and medium accessories are £7.20. If you are unsure, please add your accessories to your basket and the total should show on the right hand side for you.
