Our delivery times are now back to normal. All orders will be dispatched from our factory within 7-14 days, the majority delivered door-to-door within 10 days.
Unfortunately, some of our products are currently out of stock. We are working hard to get all of our products back in stock. If you have any questions about a particular product, please feel free to contact us and we will try to give you an update.
Update – Wednesday 14th May 2020
Per the current guidelines, from Wednesday 14th May, we are slowly beginning to ramp up our manufacturing operations once again. The safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers remains paramount, so please continue to bear with us whilst we figure things out.
Many of our third party couriers are still either offline, or working at a much reduced capacity, which in turn means that some deliveries can take up to 14 days. We are working as hard as we can to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, but do ask for your patience and understanding during this time. Please note that standard deliveries do also currently carry some restrictions in terms of roll sizes and weights. Kindly get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.
We want to thank our amazing customers for their understanding, and we look forward to reopening fully for you soon, when it’s safe to do so.

If you usually collect your grass in person, we would politely ask that you give us a call in advance and we can organise a safe collection with minimum contact as the health of our customers and team members is our biggest priority.
We would also encourage contact-free customer visits and installations, dealing with customers over the phone or text where possible.
