How to Join Artificial Grass With Glue and Tape

The idiom “Don’t let the grass grown under your feet” springs to mind with today’s post because that’s exactly what one of our customers in Colchester decided to do recently.
First of all they embraced the idea of turning some of their outside space into a low maintenance area by choosing to lay artificial grass. Then, after their purchase direct from our factory here in Cumbria, they lost no time in engaging a local company to install it.
The result? Well you can see for yourself with this photograph they sent in to us.
After their purchase the customer selected an installer to complete the task and it was after the installation that we heard back from our customer, the Chinnock family. Mrs Chinnock wrote to say:
“I would just like to say that my husband and I are very pleased with the effect your product has given to our garden. More importantly was the carpet fitter we used to lay it, very easy, who thought it was wonderful and very reasonably priced for the quality of the grass.”
The family were so happy with their new artificial lawn that they sent the above photographs to show us the end result. We are grateful to them not only for their custom but also for their willingness to share their enthusiasm
They were delighted with their decision. Our thanks go to the Chinnock family for sharing their story.
When customers contact us with this kind of feedback it is very rewarding. We don’t just sell artificial grass … we make it ourselves and the pride and care that goes into this level of commitment is enormous. So when we discover that our product has transformed the usability of a garden or patio into something more usable and enjoyable for a family, then it makes our work truly worthwhile.
In our recent post about common mistakes to avoid when installing artificial grass (click here if you missed it), we referred to another customer who sent in photographs of their recent installation. That customer was in Cheshire and, in contrast to the family mentioned above, they chose to do a DIY installation. The one thing that both families had in common, however, was their choice of product – both selected our Lifestyle Lawn Grass. With its 30mm deep, two-tone green pile, it is one of our most popular products, ideal for lawns and patios. It is featured in our Online Store along with 5 other quality grass carpet products with a variety of uses. We also manufacture display grass and grass tiles and can supply shockpad, tape, glue etc for DIY installations.
